COLLEGE REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
Hertford Regional College’s new buildings at both our Broxbourne and Ware campuses are now open. Both Centres include new Learning Resource Centres, new classrooms, restaurant areas for staff and students, including Costa Coffee bars and internet Cafés.
All of our industry standard facilities, prepare our students with the skills they need for the future. At Broxbourne, this includes our motor vehicle, construction and electrical workshops, new gym, fitness suite and sports hall.
The new Broxbourne main building also features a restaurant open to the public, an 18 seat air cabin, dance, music and TV Studios, a 140 seat theatre, a new Learning Resource Centre, classrooms and IT suites.
At Ware fantastic new facilities include hair and beauty salons, IT and Apple Mac suites and specialist Business Centre.
The majority of the existing buildings at Broxbourne and Ware will be knocked down and are replaced with these modern, welcoming learning environments, providing resources and facilities for learning that are amongst the best in the country.
This redevelopment changes the face of vocational learning in Broxbourne and East Herts. It will improve the opportunities for young people leaving school, for adults who wish to improve their skill levels or gain new qualifications and for employers looking to gain a competitive edge by improving the skills of their workforce.
