Apprenticeship Framework

You achieve apprenticeship status by successfully completing the full framework. This is made up of components, all of which you must pass to achieve the qualification:

  • Technical Certificate
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in your chosen occupational area
  • Functional Skills in English, Maths or ICT

How does it all work?

You find an employer yourself or with the assistance of experienced HRC staff. We select the best apprenticeship for you and your employer.

How are you assessed?

An assessor will regularly visit you in the workplace and assess your progress. Your employer is fully involved in this process.
