This programme, over two years, is ideal for those who have progressed through the introductory and intermediate levels and wish to qualify as MAAT.  This professional level qualification covers higher accounting tasks, including drafting financial statements, managing budgets and evaluating financial performance.

This course is fully accredited by AAT and is both recognised and highly valued by employers in the industry.  If you are looking for a career in accounting, this qualification will enable you to step straight into your chosen career.  You will be taught by our experienced lecturers and benefit from a mixed group of peers who will support you through your time with us.

This course runs on a Monday, from 9.30 am - 4 pm

What will I be doing?

This course will build on your knowledge and give you the skills you need to progress successfully to your AAT qualification.  You will study the following units:

Year 1

  • Applied Management Accounting
  • Audit and Assurance
  • Business/Personal Taxation

Year 2 - September to May

  • Drafting and Interpreting Financial Statements
  • Internal Accounting Systems and Controls

Entry requirements

Level 3 AAT Diploma or an accounting/finance related degree.
