Course research Have a good think about what sort of course you'd like to do and what you have planned for a career. Take a look at our website, come along to one of our Open Days and have a chat with those close to you for advice.

College/university research Once you've decided what course you're after it's time to think about where you'd like to study. You can study with us in the heart of Hertfordshire and gain links to our university partners, like University of Hertfordshire. Think about what is important to you, the type of area you like to live/study in and make sure you drop in to Open Days!

Personal statement It's time to put pen to paper and show off about yourself. This is your chance to show colleges and universities how amazing you are, and why they should let you study with them. Don't worry about getting the statement right first time, there's people to help you turn it into a masterpiece. You can work on as many drafts as you want until you're confident you've nailed it.

 Press submit!  The time has come. You've chosen your courses, your location, written a stellar personal statement and now you're ready to press "submit" in your UCAS account. Go for it!
