Most full-time and part-time students can apply online to Student Finance England.
To apply, follow these super simple steps...
- Set up a Student Finance England account at www.gov.uk/student-finance-register-login
- Log in and complete the online application steps
- Make sure you include your household income if needed - you parent or partner will be asked to confirm these details
- Send in proof of identity if you are asked for it
Once you have successfully completed this process Student Finance England will give you a loan. This tuition fee loan will cover the full cost of your course, and you won't have to pay it back until after you have completed your course and only once you are earning above a certain level.
Maintenance loans can also be given to you, providing you money at the start of each term (UK). The size of your maintenance loan will depend on your household income, where you study, where you live and how long for.
