The Hertford Regional College web site consists of various web pages operated by the College. This web site is offered to you as a service conditional upon your acceptance without modification of all the following terms, and conditions contained herein. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions as detailed in this document. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Hertford Regional College as a result of this agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold Hertford Regional College blameless in the event of any claim, demand, or damage asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Hertford Regional College web site. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Hertford Regional College with respect to use of the College web site.
