Meeting Rooms – Broxbourne and Ware Campus

Our impressive meeting rooms are furnished modern but comfortable furnishings.

Rooms are available which can accommodate 12-20 people and are suitable for training courses, meetings and conferences. These rooms are ideal for small committee meetings and informal discussion groups. All rooms are equipped with screens which can be connected to laptops.

Conference Suite – Ware Campus
You can choose from three excellent cabaret style rooms in the Conference Suite in the Ware campus with two rooms seating 20 people and the other seating 30. All rooms can open out in to one larger room with a capacity to accommodate 70 people. Each room is equipped with screens which can be connected to laptops. The rooms can be hired individually, or as one booking.

Management Centre – Broxbourne Campus

You can choose from two superb cabaret style rooms, each seating 20 people comfortably. These cabaret style rooms can open out in to one larger room with a capacity to accommodate 40 people. The circular tables can also be folded away to allow for a theatre style layout. Each room is equipped with screens which can be connected to laptops. The rooms can be hired individually, or as one booking.

Michael Morpurgo Theatre – Broxbourne Campus

With seating for up to 144 people and state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and lighting rig, our remarkable Michael Morpurgo theatre is ideal for workshops, performances and presentations.

The tiered seating can be reduced to 68 seats to cater for your event requirements. It is also possible to push back all the seating and use the entire space provided. One of our technicians will be on-hand for events that require the theatre equipment.

Additional Information
Both campuses have Wi-Fi access and requests for this should be made in advance. All areas of the college are fully accessible for wheelchair users, with automatic entrance doors and lifts to the upper floor levels. Special arrangements can be made for those with hearing and visual impairment.

There is parking and disabled parking available at the Broxbourne campus, however the number of spaces available depends on the time of year. There is currently limited parking available at the Ware Campus. Both campuses are easily accessible by road and public transport – please see the ‘How to Find Us’ page for more details.

There is space in the Main Reception for registration and stands. Tables can also be provided. The refectory space, which seats up to 130 people, can be used for catering out of normal term time.
