We are excited to be holding a recruitment event for candidates wishing to pursue a career at the college.

From lecturing and assessing through to non-academic roles, the college is looking to recruit across a range of subject areas. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience, or looking to begin a career, in:

  • Teaching, with industry backgrounds in Graphic Design, Digital Media/Animation, Musical Theatre, Engineering, Motor Vehicle and Carpentry
  • Assessors, with industry backgrounds in Electrical Installation and Carpentry
  • Qualified IQAs for Carpentry, Electrical Installation, Motor Vehicle, Engineering and Marketing

For our non-academic roles, we are looking for Support Workers - be in in-class or one-to-one.

Many people with established careers retrain as teachers every year, making the switch easier than you might think. Teaching will give you the chance to use your life and work experience, together with your passion for your subject, to inspire young people and help them into employment.

HRC is a thriving, confident community, which aims to provide learners and the wider public with an excellent standard of training and education. Education is all about people, and we aim to provide a supportive environment for all our staff in which they can develop their skills and achieve outstanding results.

Our goal at HRC is to prepare learners for their future career, whether that is straight from HRC or after progressing to university. We believe that their learning experience at HRC is critical in order to set them ahead of the competition, to get that dream job or a place at their first-choice university.

So, why not come along to our recruitment event and be a part of our vibrant and friendly place to work.

This is a great opportnity to see what the college is like, get advice from our specialist Recruitment Consultants, see our exceptional facilities and meet the college management team.
