A mousse made with rum, coconut and pineapple juice served in a pineapple shell with pineapple chunks, cherries and ice

A Rubens and a Cuban
Two sandwiches for a table of two - choose one of each or two of a kind! A Rubens is a toastie with hot salt beef and coleslaw and a Cuban is a toastie with pork, mustard and fruit dressing with gherkin and cheese

Mains

Bresse-style roasted corn-fed chicken for two
A corn-fed chicken roasted, with the breasts served with chateau potatoes and a tarragon and Champagne jus. The legs are served separately as a second course with a walnut and apple salad - GF

Roasted Beef Wellington for two
Fillet of beef topped with a mushroom duxelle, pancakes and a puff pastry. Roasted and served with chateau potatoes and a rich red wine jus

Steamed Schezwan tofu with Asian greens for two
A wedge of marinated tofu topped with peppers, chillies, shiitake mushrooms, fennel, pak choi and topped with bean-shoots and a sweet chilli sauce. Served with plain rice - GF

Lyonnaise seafood platter for two - £10 supplement
A Lyon dish of shell-on prawns, oysters, poached salmon, langoustine, scallops and crap. Served on ice with a fennel salad, lemon mayonnaise and frits - GF option available
