The fundraising took place during the last six months of 2018, comprising a whole range of activities events including a World Cup-themed games day, a sponsored bike ride and a Christmas market. Throughout all events, the Business students worked with students from other departments including Construction, Catering and Art and Design to deliver the best possible events and raise the most money.
When it came to choosing the charity, it was an easy choice. Teens Unite has long partnered with HRC, and our students are very passionate about improving the lives of those the same age as them. We hope the funds can help make a real difference to the lives of local teenagers diagnosed with cancer.
