Government changes to nursery qualifications
Early Years Minister Caroline Dinenage has this month confirmed that English and maths qualifications equivalent to GCSE will now be accepted by employers recruiting talented individuals in the childcare industry.
Youth Market
On 25 May 2017 Students of Hertford Regional College and young entrepreneurs supported by Wenta will become market traders for the very first time at Bishop’s Stortford Youth Market. Alongside the general Thursday market there will be a range of unique items made and designed on sale created by the students from creative design courses. It will be a great opportunity to buy presents or brighten up your home with an original piece of art or design work.
