National Apprenticeship Week 2023
National Apprenticeship Week (6th to 12th February) marks a nationwide celebration of the fantastic opportunities and benefits an Apprenticeship can offer to individuals and businesses.
The theme for National Apprenticeship Week 2023 is ‘Skills for Life’. The week will reflect on how apprenticeships can help individuals to develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and help businesses to develop a talented workforce that is equipped with skills for the future.

Inclusive Learning - Christmas Card Competition
Rose, one of our LLDD students, recently won our Christmas card competition!🎄
Rose and her support worker Angela met with Tony, our Principal, this morning to discuss the process of making the card and how the brief was carried out as a work experience task. Kelly Tagliarini, the art lecturer within LLDD, led this project and did a fantastic job - thank you!
The summary, submitted along with Rose's card, states that ‘the design is of a snowman, I drew round a paper plate and cut it out, and I glued most of the elements on.’
