It’s been a busy yet successful few weeks for our Catering students.

Congratulations to our Level 2 Professional Cookery student Brendon Hold, who came fifth out of 35 entries in a chef’s competition at Westminster Kingsway College. The winner was a student currently undertaking a Level 5 Degree in Culinary Arts, so it was great to hear that our Level 2 students are already living up to such high standards.

HRC is delighted to have been awarded an Ofsted Grade 2 for Apprenticeships, Adults and Students with High Needs.

We’ve all been there: 16 years old and expected to make a decision on what direction to take your career in. That's a lot of pressure, and there is no way to predict what you might or might not enjoy.

November and December have been busy months for HRC's on-site restaurant, The Atrium, resulting in the achievement of a selection of top industry awards.

HRC is all geared up to start playing Futsal after receiving a free starter pack – news that has delighted Michael Skubala, England Futsal Head Coach.
