Thursday 17^th August – Learners who have completed Level 3 Qualifications with us in 2022/23 will receive confirmation of their Qualification Grades by e-mail, from 9am onwards.  There will be a note in the e-mail for learners to contact their tutor should they have any queries regarding their results.

Thursday 24^th August – GCSE exam results, and Level 1 and Level 2 qualification grades – learners will receive confirmation of their grades by e-mail from 9am onwards.  There will be a note in the e-mail for learners to contact their tutor should they have any queries regarding their results.  GCSE Candidates will also be able to collect their results between 9am and 2pm from the Campus where they sat their exam.

• Ware – To be signposted at Main reception.
• Broxbourne – Collect from Reception Area.

When collecting your results please arrive with student ID card or a photocard ID.

If you require someone else to collect on your behalf, you must give the nominated person a signed and dated letter giving permission for them to collect and the individual must provide a form of formal identification i.e. Passport, Driving Licence.

Any results not collected by 2pm on Thursday will be posted out to the home address that we have on your student record.

If you are unable to attend to collect or await the posted results slip and require a secured email of results you will need to contact the exams office directly on the email address below for the special arrangements to be discussed and approved accordingly.

Appeals:

Students who would like to make an Appeal on a Grade released – Please contact your Tutor directly in the first instance and the process for this will be released. Please do not contact the Awarding Body directly to Appeal as this must be processed directly by the Exams Centre where you took the exam.

HRC Clearing Line information:

To support our students on Level 3 Results Day, Thursday 17th August 2023 , one of our Careers Advisors will be available at the Ware Campus – and via the HRC Clearing Line 01992 411520 - to talk through your options, and help with any last-minute decisions you might need to make.

Simply browse through our selection of courses and apply for your favourite one! You can then pop down to the campus where you will be based and enrol to secure your place. This is also a great opportunity to meet your course tutors and speak to our expert support staff.

When you enrol on your course with us, there are a few things you need to bring with you. For most of our courses, you’ll just need to bring some ID, your results, and any supporting evidence for financial support applications.
