Policies and Procedures

Hertford Regional College has policies in place to ensure the safety and security of our students, staff and visitors.

These range from Safeguarding, Anti-Bullying, Privacy Policy, Subcontracting Policy, Legal , Cookies Policy, Equality and Diversity Opportunities and Complaints Process.

Adopting a publication scheme is a requirement of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This Act promotes greater openness and accountability across the public sector by requiring publicly funded institutions to make information available proactively, through a publication scheme.


HRC's Privacy Notice has been prepared in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2017/679 ("GDPR") and the Data Protection Act 2018.
