Our exceptional on-site restaurant,The Atrium, is where you will be preparing, cooking, presenting and serving meals to the public. The standards are high at The Atrium as it is ranked one of the best restaurants in Broxbourne on TripAdvisor. A team of experienced chefs and the restaurant training manager who has over 18 years’ experience will support you.
If you have a passion for managing events and see yourself as the next big events, wedding or venue manager then our Events Management course will give you the opportunity to flex your planning, coordinating and networking skills.
The opportunities to build your portfolio of skills are endless in this department, from working in The Atrium restaurant to creating and managing your own events. Events Management students regularly take part in and help co-ordinate the St Albans Fashion Week as well as hosting events in The Atrium and working front-of-house at Comic Con. Our Catering and Hospitality students have had some fantastic opportunities to work alongside skilled chefs, including Masterchef finalists as well as frequently managed pop-up street food stalls at community events and enjoyed expert workshops from top chefs.
